Ok so heres the problem (btw it's a Fritzbox router). Recently my host-mom has set up a thing that will only allow me to be on the internet for so long a day. Before I would just connect to the router via an ethernet cable and it would bypass this filter (I would normally use internet via wireless). Well last night they made it to where it would include ethernet too. I've tried spoofing my MAC address but it won't work. I'm pretty sure the reason is because the router will only allow the MAC addresses of my host-sister and me to access wireless. So now I ask, how do I continue to access the internet past the time that this filter comes on.

Reset the router. That will wipe out the password (and settings) and allow you to set it up however you like.

By default that router has no password. Try to access it by going to fritz.box in your web browser.

Can't help you but damn I've never heard of that but that sucks haha. What happens when you can't get online anymore? Does the router just shut off or stop giving off a signal or what?

If she's configured to filter Mac addresses and allow you access only during certain hours, the only way you can now access it is if you can get into the router config.
