You can scam really easy saying you have RS accounts.

well yea but the fact that you can do it and get away scot free is kinda stupid, it should be not allowed, or treated like everything else, not just thrown in there "u can sell em but u give them credits and they dont do anything, then we just say oh well" i realize theres a warning but i mean, there have been tons of cases already, atleast ban the account imo

 

Nah, don't ban the guy. Or else he will come back with another account and start scamming us all over again. At least now we know who is the scammer.
