my second planet:

 

on the dark side of the planet, make the rings darker as well and get rid of the text ^_^

 

lol i added text for the fun of it xD lmao and yh next time i will make the ring darker too ^_^

It is definitely looking good for your second.

Few tips:
- Remove the white brushing in the center, it doesn't look really realistic.
- Planet is looking good, though try adding some more contrast/depth which makes the planet look more alive.
- Try adding some more color. One color based space scenes can be very hard.
- Props for the ring around the planet, it looks very nice (not much of a tip, but it deserves some credit)
