    Hm, I like the colors, but there is a lot to be done to really bring out the potential you have in this signature. For one, the text is on the darkest of colors in terms of what you can use. Try to use something a little brighter so its easier to see (e.g. white, a light green, a yellow). It also appears you used the brushstroke filter and/or smudged it a bit too much. Give up some of the shoulder space when you do that next time so it has a sort of bust appeal (where the shoulders, chest, and head are clearly untouched or touched very little). Last but not least, try brightening it some. Contrast is what gives it that glow effect; you dont need to make it look pitch black to add that effect.

    Sig looks like it was uploaded in .gif with the effects you used on the shoulder. Like White Tiger said, the text is on the darkest part of the sig and makes it look bad. Not my favorite sig, but I like the effects to the left.
