I dont really know what you did except brushing the black, adding lightning and text.
Did you make the rain with smudge?
Imo, i feel that the guy should have been in the middle of the canvas.

 

Well, I had the lights effect and the rain with a soft brush.

I can put the stock I used to see the difference.

(I am sorry for my English)

 

not bad but the stuff over his face is a lil to much and its kinda dark s maybe sharpen him jus a lil
