Text sticks out way too much, and I also don't like how it's cut off. Throw in a C4D or two on the sides.
Definitely agreed on the text. But the effect on the side of his face is really well done. The background is really boring though

i dont dig it, text is bad, and the sig is dark, its just his head that makes the sig decent, the bg is plain and too dark but his glasses and some smudge around his head is decent.
It's sweet...but I agree about the text. I think making the text interesting, and trying to find an original placement would help. A little less original than cutting it off...hehe!
