Well uhhh... The background is well done as far as effects go, but it's realyl monotone and bright is spots that it doesnt need to be. The stock needs to be blended and the text is really dull and is sort of annoying because of how simple the font is, just an eyesore really (the text I mean).
Well, you don't really ever NEED to add text. I really couldn't think of a good spot with the way that this one is composed.
I make these banners for others and sell them off most of the time, and they usually want text so yeah. Thanks though.
It isn't monotone, you douche. And you need to resize this to a correct signature size, ditch the text, blend the render better and blur the background and get rid of those terrible squares in the background.

Mono tone = One colour of varying shades If you look carefully, you'll see he has yellow of the same and differing contrasts to the red, thus meaning he also has oranges and browns of the same and varying contrasts...
