    B&W here is easily as good as the coloured, but I can't help but feel the render is too LQ and it's killing the whole piece.

    its cool but the side is very blurry it could also use some text

    Actually, I really like the contrast between the two sides of the image, the light on the left and the dark on the right. Not sure if that was something you were going for, but I enjoy it. There are a couple of very bright spaces on the right, and some dark on the left.
