Pixel stretch is an old technique might want to brush up on some tuts.

 

I know that's what it looks like, but i Actually smudged it with a brush, I will look up on some tuts, thanks, I am a newbie =/

 

not a very good tag at all it doesnt fit the render from my prespective and from looking at ure other tags its not that good ethier agian look at some tuts and mabey take a break and look for some ideas but still be active on fourms.
