I like the perspective but the top right corner is too plain and the transition from building to sky kills the depth. Personally, I like v3. Good job with the smudging, it goes with the tag well.

I thought about smudging some clouds in that empty sky part
but I didn't want to go out and ruin it. It was already looking
good and I didn't want to spoil that.

Wow, they are all pretty good but my favorite is n text v1. The only thing I would change is the size where the render isn't: I feel there is a miss of effects.

v1 no text, nice but the smudge circles look to obvious, you can actually see the circles...maybe wave or liquify instead.

 

i think this one isnt ur best. The best one is V1. I like the render, but the smudging just comes out of nowhere and just feels like it was just splattered on. But if it was just u testing then i think its ok.
