Check your calender and realize what time of year it is. Perhaps the staff and admin team have other things to take care of. You know... like families?
We'll take care of it when we get a chance, until then why don't you take the coal you'll inevitably get and use it to silence your whining.

    * looks up and shouts * GET OFF YOUR HIGH HOURSE * >_>

I have seen plenty of coloured names on the active list, moving in and out over the past day or so. And im well aware of the time and date.
A response to this topic dosn't take long, much like the one you have posted, consume much time to write? " We'll take care of it when we get a chance"

"until then why don't you take the coal you'll inevitably get and use it to silence your whining."
Well for me, the stocking was quite full, no coal, and more then prezzies thus far its been a great day with the family and i would like to wish you much the same even if your negative, dull, insulting attitude gets in the way. Prehaps someone will gift wrap you a new one? Gl.

Must be X-mas every day of the year on Gr then, i mean my statement was an observation based on the WHOLE of the year but hey w/e floats your boat.

If you dont like it leave.

Perhaps staff don't have an answer and would rather reply when the issue is fixed.

Frankly, I am sick and tired of members being unappreciative of the work we do on this site, because we don't cater to you 24/7. The world is not perfect, the world does not revolve around you, and you can be patient for a week, a month, a year, or more if thats what it takes the staff team to assess the issue. Thank you, and have a Merry Fucking Christmas.

Is that seriously your answer for everything?
Seems like any time anyone complains your answer is "If you dont like it leave."

"Perhaps staff don't have an answer and would rather reply when the issue is fixed."
Prehaps, but we arn't mind readers, well atleast im not.

"Frankly, I am sick and tired of members being unappreciative of the work we do on this site, because we don't cater to you 24/7."
I would have to dissagree, i think majority of our community are appreciative of the work the staff do, after all Gr wouldn't function without it, but you make it sound like you are forced to do the job? i have great leway for the time it takes to fix somthing but thats not the issue I have raised with my post, the fact that there isn't a response at all is where my concern comes from.

"Thank you, and have a Merry ------ing Christmas."
    Appropriate language from someone who leads the site. o_O;

"Frankly, I am sick and tired of members being unappreciative"
""If you dont like it leave."
Out of context? yes, but none the less you undoutebly see how frustrating it is to get a comment like we do from you?

    1) No one is forcing you to stay and no one is ASKING for your input if you have nothing else better to do but insult the abilities of the staff and their ability to get around to looking into a personal issue during CHRISTMAS SEASON, where most staff members have families and don't idle in front of the computer screen to help you with your issues as you helplessly refresh the web page every 5 seconds waiting for a response about your personal problem. Thus, if you don't like it, leave, and stop bothering us with your bickering unless you have some form of intelligence to create a decent response rather than blatant put downs and flaming of the staff.

    2) I don't care about my language. I would say the same thing to your face in real life, to an adult, to a political figure, to my parents, to anyone, and frankly I won't hold back my language on a website full of children for the sake of the children, if it becomes an issue their parents or they themselves can put in a custom word filter in their internet browser.

    3) We comment when we have a response worth mentioning. No good news = no reason to post. Marforce posted stating things that should have been blatantly obvious and common sense to most people. Most of this site is from the US. Most of the site celebrates Christmas. Most of the site would rather spend time with family on this time of the year rather than deal with other peoples online issues. His response is all that the topic needed, you can all wait until we figure something out AFTER were done dealing with our real world situations.

Now, I am closing this, and it will be reopened when we have a better response for people.
