Really busy and cluttered. Hard to tell what's going on. I dislike the text. You should try to simple it down a tad and see what a colored version looks like.
Awesome effects, I like how the render is blended to the background, but it is kind of busy. I think color could separate it a bit, but it looks awesome nonetheless.
