The animal should have the right to be free, and not be born, and raised, for the sole purpose of feeding someone who doesn't even understand this point of view... It's not just a piece of meat.
It has feelings, too. When you torture it, they feel it. Just because it's irrational doesn't mean it's not imoral to treat it like that. I don't think you ever saw how bad they treat them, or did you?
