I like the last one. However, You could blend it a bit on the left though. It also looks empty. The Crysis one looks very nice but it's also lacking some stuff in the right. You should try lowering the opacity of the glow and sharpen it a bit.
I liked the effects you have with the text, number one just seems a bit too plain, apart from the render theres not much to look at. Number two and three look pretty cool, I'm just not a fan of the glowing effect, a lot of other peole are, so I won't say it looks bad
