    they renamed the "Steroids" powerup "Vitamin X"

    the trailer is genuine without a doubt. It's even got reference on the 3drealms site.

    the real question is whether or not there's a game out to back it up.

    The trailer is real but honestly the graphics dont seem that good.

    gfx dont matter 2 much.. the gameplay shud be fun thts all.. and all duke games used to pwn! :P
