I unno im a bit iffy about this one, i love the colours and tones but im unsure is it needs more to make it pop, and flow.
Thoughts?

New version, added some more tones to break down the mono tone effect, didnt have time to do a grey scale version. sorry.
Also added more light highlights to emphasize the up and out flow i went for, and bring out the focal point of the lower right face.

Needs better flow, otherwise its decent

 

Meh, I don't like the effects in the front. It looks like you blurred+darkened, gives it a really bad feel / bad colors, imo. Monotone, messy, bad compo, no real focal. I suggest trying to go for something simple and with a main focus / effect next time.

It's a little too monotone, and there could be better flow.

 

New version added, might tone down the light on the face ... its brighter on this computer then the one i made it on.

 

By inconceivable, I mean under your avatar you have inconcievable not inconceivable.

 

Oh, well yeah i didn't put that there, originaly i did however somthing happened and a whole bunch of people had their group name reset and a mod or admin reset mine ... never noticed lol... meh..

 

It would be better if it flowed out like this IMO
