Yeah I tried something totally different with this one. Im seriously just discovering photo filters and they work amazing.
Im getting the hang of smudging too, but I didnt do to much in this tag.

 

Those big block dark lines on the right side, they're conflicting with the flow of that side, and it looks little strange. Perhaps if you removed those. Also, make the text smaller and more compact, and make the "aptain" and "merica" small capitals.
