The team that made KH is making this game, Tetsuya Nomura likes this high jumping in the air sequences I guess.
Supposedly Versus is to be more realistic like in the enviroment, like current modern day type of setting, I guess you could say it's similar to FFVIII (best game) in the enviroment settings. I also read that they want the characters to be more believable than fabricated characters or some ----, not sure what they mean by that with the guy jumping 999 ft into the air. I just hope it will be as good as FFVIII was, FFVIII rapes like every game ever made.
I think they mean they run normal speeds and stuff. Just what ever gives them the power to do extrodinary ----....(like materia in ffvii) and modern day is a new approach for FF...i seem to like it so far. The car at the begginning if ------ING CRAZY!!!
Thats likely because Cloud is / was an amateur, he never completed his training as a SOLDIER and was never of a high ranking society whilst being in SOLDIER... He believed himself to be Zach in his twisted world which led his mind to believe he was really a rank 1 SOLDIER, basically operating at a level above everyone else except the former top Soldier... Sephiroth. FF:AC made him look good and IMO really outplayed his capabilities, if it weren't for his comrades he wouldn't have even left Mithgar in the first place.
im guessing that you own a 360.. this guy was awesome, the sequences from that trailer seemed very over the top but it was brilliant. My fav bit was when hes running down the wall jumps and slices the sword straight into the guy.
