    I've never posted in here before as far as I can remember :|
    I need a new computer and I've been told many a time that building your own is cheaper... So I want some recommendations...
    I've about.. £700... ish.

    Check out some of the threads already in this forum. Pretty much they're the same thing. No point in saying the same things again, really.

    Essentially, this is what I recommend

    Abit IP35p.ro motherboard
    Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 CPU
    nVidia 8800GT
    2gig of DDR2-800 RAM, take your pick on brand.

    Cure 2 Duo and 2gig of DDR2 ram are a must, as stated.
