    I bought premium membership sometime last year(and with the change to the system I should be ruby), yet I can't access the Premium Renders section.


    That is from the Paid Subscription in my profile.

    Prem is gone. You have to re buy Ruby.

    that is lame.
    i should like auto get platinum cause i bet i've donated more to this site than any member(excluding stafff)

    You sure he has to re-buy? I thought they justt renamed the usergroup.

    well need an admin to check, because if you paid with credits, then the premium would have shown up right away. and if it was payed with paypal then it would have been added if the payment was verified.

    If you actually payed for it, then you still have the right for a Ruby Membership.
    An Admin should verify if you really payed for it, then your account should get upgraded.

    It carries over, i was prem now im ruby without re-buying.
