I say just do pushups and situps. Do pushups to your max ability in the afternoon or something, and if your by yourself later that night do some more to build endurance.
Your not supposed to work at out night I forget why though, it will come back to me soon. And don't eat after 8pm because you are usually doing nothing so the fat just stays in your body.
well i would say for the upper body mainly push ups and then some pull ups and for ur biceps do weighlifting pull ups and push ups i mean i have taekwondo 2 hours 5 times and in that 2 hours we do many push ups i would say jus like do 100 push ups a day in a month or so voila
All of what these guys have said is good up to a point, what I've found is that beyond a (very easy to reach) point bodyweight excercises harbour no gain for your appearance. What would be much better is to either step up to weights (although you say you don't want to) or switch to a new performance style diet that will strip off most of your bodyfat making your muscles appear larger, just because there's no padding around em. Most average non-sporting type persons are about 16-20% bodyfat, when ya eat and train properly you can get that down to 1-3%. gl to ya anyway
My body mass index is 16. Normal is considered between 25 and 30. Ive been doing crunches for 4 days now, and im starting to get a 6 pack already. I can feel those horizontal muscles that make up the 6 pack.
BMI is just a health thing. I would suggest you find a body FAT calculator. Anything above 20% is bad. Mine is 8% ^_^
ok for ur chest do wider pushups.. triceps do really close pushups biceps do normal pushups then there's sit up and crunches.. make sure u do more very few days.. the more u progress the more u get better. *tip* weighted push ups have no effect, dont waste ur time and dont risk ur back
that is so funny. the best was is to do pull ups and push ups. thats what i think lol. [/b][/quote] thats your back... you want to do curling, chest flies, and then ofcourse reversal curls, benching, overhead dumbell press, and then tricep press / upwright row. i work out all the time, I work on quads, hams, solleous, deltoid, pectoralis, bicep, tricep, and then like forearm, and some other stuff... I am a fullback for my football team so I gotta be buff and fast. also, fyi I have a 17.6% body fat, I am losing like 10 lbs cause baseball season is starting up again.
if you can just do isometrics training. in english it means use all your force against in immovable object push on a wall as hard as you can do pushups on a wall do pullups on a bar in the wall these are all simple things you can do without weights i recomend using weights though i have a good routine that works well and i only go 3 days a week but ya try the isometrics thing
