Just curious to see if anyone watched them. I know some of the younger users might have not been allowed to due to the language and the fact that the winners were displayed as body paint on some pretty attractive females. Some of the world premiers were amazing.
Cant say I watched it, maybe I might catch a re-run or whatever.. of not, then it doesnt really matter. But I did watch them last year, Just for some reason, I couldnt find SpikeTV last night, I even looked for a short second before giving up.
I just hated how they spent the first hour getting to the three LAMEST awards (movie, team sport, and individual sport), then in the middle they just announced the rest of the awards. Still, it was pretty funny and I'm glad Bioshock won game of the year...Halo lost it's streak. The "N" word has a new meaning now (for those of you who didn't watch it, it's Nerd)
considering it's the only game to fall under that category... it's pretty sad when a game is so ----ty it's creator effectively bribes review sites. it's happened time and time again. Many major review sites ranked the original halo rather highly... but all the small ones which tended to be ignored tended to rate it as nothing more than mediocre. Two games later and... lets face it money talks. We, the consumer, get screwed over by the big guy time and time again. It's up to us to do our own research and to find out what is best for US. A list of top games is meaningless if you find them all to be ----ty.
BORDERLANDS!!! no idea what the games going to be like but seems pretty awesome and prototype was pretty interesting too
Well its not like it is official or anything. I've stopped watching them after this year because they say whoever voted for one game the most would most likely win, while Mario Galaxy was the second highest game on the entire thing and they denied it being Game Of The Year. Not to mention they didn't let Smackdown! Vs. RAW in anywhere, while TNA was. They don't even get anything related to games, "Lets just throw in hot girls, lame music, and some trophies, it'll get us some reviews." Its lame now.
