Looks good bro.. Only thing that is bugging me is how bright the top of his head is.. Other than that it looks good.

i use a layer option, like inner shadow to tweek renders natural lighting i use it alot on sprites also..the tag looks cool tho man i like it...
working on lighting is already mentioned. it also needs few extra effects in my oppinion but overall great work. its a really nice tag but i liked your other hitman one more

You hit the spot. I like it a lot. With realism tags lighting kind of speaks for it's self most the time. You usually don't want a lil' soft brush in the air above the render's head. lol Looks like the light's coming from further away, outside the canvas. I really like the perspective and the bullet hole is pounding. Love it bro. The aspect looks a tiny "squished" to me though. Nice work.
