the text is actually pretty good for a first tag. usually the text takes up half the sig. i like the border i dont like the white stuff coming off the car. just looks weird. i like the golden balls on the right but there should be more of them and you could rotate them so it goes in teh direction of the car. that will create some flow. i dont like the brown dathes on the left. try adding a light source. try creating some depth. there are many tutorials on these things. check out some beginners tutorials to learn the basics of what every sig needs. nice first sig way better than my first
