Message Problem

    I dont get any notification that i get anew message at the top or that assistance popup with the new message....

    any help

    I think you can set it in..

    IF you have a new message that you ignored, it won't pop up with a new notification, instead it will just increase your new message count by one.

    it only appears when you first see the message. if you ignore a notification and browse around for a while it will disappear and just say "1 messge"

    thats wat im saying i dont get it saying 1 message or the popup :s

    ok i got some one to pm me this is what i get oncw i refreshed

    as you see my assitant pops up but says i have no new message and it doesnt say on the bar either.....

    Seems to be only affecting yourself, or a very small amount of people, my PMs go right through how they should be... Have you tried the generic clearing of the cache / cookies, blah blah blah?

    It misses it out for me every couple of messages, just keep checking at the top when you go to a new page.
