    It's been well over a year since I've even thought about touching photoshop, so here's my first creation in a year, its horrible..i know.

    its not to bad lil more depth and maybe use some displacement effects in bg to help..

    Yeah like xed said its not bad the dots around the neck and face make it look bad and the yellow area near the sun/star is a bit bright. Text is meh everyone is bad at text.

    I think its really good , but I'm more of the grunge type , mabye you could try adding some smudge settings and over laying each layer to see what effect you get :)
    Good job keep it up
