quality seems low
not sure about the depth and color

Nice, different, good feel to it.

 

Kill some of the blue glow. It's too overpowering. The buildings seem slightly overcontrasted at some parts. I think it might look better with no guy or maybe a different guy.

I don't see any flow or depth. The guy to the left looks a bit with the background. Not much visual interest either. I never liked text in the center of sigs, and it's not that easy to read.
