Well I can see you are just starting out here, and this sig needs some work. You have a lot of effects jumbled up there, lots of shape brushes and other stuff, all set with low opacities. The whole thing is way too bright. The text needs some help as well. I suggest to look around a bit, find some cool tutorials and just practice. Your sigs well be looking more aesthetically pleasing in no time!
There is just a little too much going on in this signature, the text could use some work....but its nothing big. Try using less effects and try to make the signature flow. But keep at it and learn new things by just messing around with filters and all. Its the best way to learn new methods. You will improve in no time all you gotta do is keep at it.
