If you like Tool, try Acroma.
They aren't as progressive, and deep as Tool, but still a pretty relaxing, spiritual experience.

Get The Vines, The Strokes, and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club. It should match with The Hives and should blend perfectly with the list.

Also, with The White Stripes, maybe if you get The Black Keys also to blend up.

I highly suggest the band Fugazi. Specifically the compilation album 13 songs. With a list like that, I'm sure you'll love it.

Since you have Nirvana, check out the better stuff from that style. Soundgarden, Alice in Chains, Dinosaur Jr., Pearl Jam, Mudhoney, Stone Temple Pilots, Screaming Trees, and The Melvins.

I suggest from each of above:
Soundgarden - The albums Badmotorfinger and Superunknown
Alice in Chains - The albums Dirt, Self-titled album, and their Unplugged
Dinosaur Jr. - The albums You're Living All Over Me, and Beyond.
Pearl Jam - The albums Ten and Vs.
Mudhoney - Simply their compilation Superfuzz Bigmuff Plus Early Singles
Stone Temple Pilots - The album Purple
Screaming Trees - The album Dust
The Melvins - Start with the album Houdini then explore, because Houdini is by FAR their most accessible album.

For metal, I suggest Behemoth and The Melvins.

Since you have Tool and Led Zeppelin on your list, check out stuff from the bands like Porcupine Tree (check out Fear of the Blank Planet and Stupid Dream), Yes (I immediately suggest Fragile and The Yes Album), King Crimson, (check out In the Court of the Crimson King and In the Wake of Poseidon).

If you want some funk like Red Hot Chili Peppers, check out the band Phish, specifically the album A Picture of Nectar.

If you have Nine Inch Nails, check out The Crow (the movie) Soundtrack, the bands Talking Heads and Wire. From Talking Heads check out the albums Fear of Music, and Remain in Light. From Wire, check out their latest album, and Pink Flag.

Hmm, since you have guitarists like Jimi Hendrix and Eric Clapton, why not check out Carlos Santana? His debut album, Abraxas, Santana III, and Supernatural are fantastic albums.

If you want some relaxing stuff, check out Elliott Smith, Jeff Buckley, Sufjan Stevens, and Rodrigo y Gabriela. From from each artist:
Elliot Smith - The album XO
Jeff Buckley - The album Grace
Sufjan Stevens - The album Come on Feel the Illinoise (or simply called Illinois)
Rodrigo y Gabriela - Their self-titled debut album

Bands I'll tell you to take a risk with:
    - Sonic Youth (Albums: Sister, Daydream Nation, EVOL, and Rather Ripped is what I suggest)
    - The Cure (Albums: Self-titled, Disintegration, The Head on the Door, Kiss Me, Kiss Me, Kiss Me)
    - My Morning Jacket (Album: Z)
    - TV on the Radio (Album: Return to Cookie Mountain)
    - The Replacements (Albums: Tim, and Let it Be

That should be enough to jump start your list. Use pandora.com too, it works.

If you like Norma Jean.... Hit up The Chariot and Alexisonfire, possibly look up Beloved as well

If you're also into sorta chill, indie music I'd say you should really listen to Manchester Orchester and Lovedrug. They're lyrics are full of inspiration and depth.

I recommend their two mini cds, especially id, but not their first full length cd (Vary).
