I like your top one a lot, good background and the render fits well, only thing I would change is the text, 8.5/10.

The bottom one I don't like so much, The static render doesn't fit the background very well at all I don't think and the animation just looks really out of place, looks like you just threw it in there just cause you liked it or something. So I would definately take out the animation and maybe try to find a better render for it. The brushing is very good and I like the colors too. 6/10

[as far as the white line around the car popout, that's a side effect of it being a .gif and this forum's background color. It blends in with Nerv's forums quite well.]
