I like the background behind her, but the left side is a bit blurry. Also, love the effect on the arm, but it would look nicer if it were extended a little bit more to the left. Nice though, good border.
I think the depth is over done. Not all the elements should be blurred the same. Besides that, it has nice flow and is just overall a pleasing tag to look at. Good stuff, probably the best I've seen from you yet imo.
The thing on the left of her, that shoots up from the bottom, kinda hurts the flow a bit.. considering its going in the opposite direction from everything else... But colors are nice and I like the effects around her arm too. GJ
