I have really wanted to use this render for the longest time. I have had it forever and could never seem to find a sig it fit in. Well about half an hour ago I opened photoshop and just started messing around a lot with different filters, strokes, dodge tools, smudging, ractals and splatter brushes and I came up with this: Say what you guys want about it but I think, in my eyes, its the collest thing I have ever made. C and C Please
Well...I don't think the render blends well with the BG. Also, try taking out the pink splatters or making them a different color, they don't fit well with the rest of the colors. Overall, cool concept you have.
Thanks. I was really held up on the pink splatters too, but the thing is that I have part of the render in the sig that has pink on it. Its the pink spot thats part of a pink banner to the render right under his hand that hes sticking out. I kind of thought that if it was the only pink on the sig, and it was only right there, it would look kind of silly. So I tried to blend it as best I could with the pink splatters. I kinda figured that would catch peoples attention though. Thanks for the C and C .Chemical Anyone else wanna have a go at it? .:EDIT:. You seem to have memorised my usual critique of yours by heart... yet you don't take it into consideration and try to work on it. Perhaps you think I know nothing about making sigs, or perhaps you think your work is perfect, and beyond reasonable critique. However, you seem to be working on improving your text, as it isn't in the corner on this one.
Never said any of that. Im just tryng to save you the energy I know how annoying it must get to tell me day after day, post after post how terrible my sigs are, when in reality you are just harping on me constantly over and over because you dont know how to drop petty little disagreements. :\ Because in reality, my sigs arent half as bad as you say they are.
My critique never said they were bad. Overall you sigs are as good as they should be at your level of experience. I think you need to realise, no matter who posted those tags, my critique would be the same. If you like, check with some other experienced members and see if they think my C&C is unreasonable. I'm not holding that argument against you.
Feels messy and crammed. The focal is pretty hard to pick out as well, because the bg is very similar to it from a distance. The lighting is all over the place as well.
I agree it is messy, but thats what I was kinda going for. Seemed like a messy render, so I said why the hell not. Oh well though. And yeah, the lighting is all over the place, party due to the fractal I have in there Offline Catching Zzz's.
