Ive never had anything wierd happen at my house but the most trippy ---- happens at one of my friends' house, like for some reason everytime were there unexplainable stuff happens.
Unfortunately, and I agree with Ombre, that there is no such thing as ghosts. And the mind is an awesome device. But keep going with the stories cause either way, they're fun to read.
I don't really believe in paranormal activities as much as you guys do, but still some interesting stories here As for most people with their dreams, mine are too bizarre to be real lol I live on residence at college. I was talking to one of the RA's (resident assistant) in my building. He told me that during the summer, some ppl stay in residence to make sure that nothing gets damaged or broken into while no one is here..or something like that. But every week in the middle of the night he would hear some1 running back and forth on the floor above him even though he's the only one in the building. also, from time to time when im sitting at my computer, i feel as though some1 is rocking my chair back and forth slowly. one time in the middle of night, i woke up to some ppl making some noise. I get up and look through my peep hole to see who it is, but no1 was there. as im looking through the hole, my door violently shook as if some1 just kicked it.
Your stories are ridiculous. Aren't ghosts scientifically impossible? Impossible's not the word I want.. just ghosts don't exist. Most likely, like what other people have said, is that your mind makes you see what you see. None the less, if I expirenced the ghost stories said here, I'd crap myself. I don't belive in ghosts, I do have deja vu. The most random things I have deja vu. Alot of times it's conversations or walking somewhere with someone seeing the same person walk by saying the same thing. As for the story posted before here, how you had a dream of your soon to be girlfriend getting run over, then the next day tell her to wait.. It's just really hard to believe..
Fact isn't even 100% certain, so shove scientific hypothesis up your arse, because thats all they are. Nothing is 100% certain, and the only things we regard as fact have a common effect for the issue which has always occured to date, which still isn't 100%, its simply 100% variant on a set control variant. Besides, if you want to use science, science states *most* humans only use a small percentage of their brain, there is no telling what the other large majority of your brain is capable of, nor does science know, nor can disprove what your mind is even ultimately capable of. There are people, recorded, not staged, whom are telekinetic for instance, reporters, scientists, anytime they are called on to do it they can do it, science can't explain that. Faith is the strongest factor in a persons life, it can make the difference between the will to live, the desire to die, the belief in a god, or gods, the belief that ghosts, or any form of other paranormal activity is real, and just about any other variant you can possibly imagine. I have faith that when I hit 'start' on my microwave after putting in a time, it will start cooking my food. I have faith that when I press the brake on my car, I will begin the process of negative acceleration, or when I hit the gas, I will begin positive acceleration.
I've never had an encounter with ghosts, but my sister believed she saw one shortly after hearing of our aunt's death. My mom believed she was visiting before she moved on to the afterlife. My sister also think she may have actually seen a ghost inside of a friend of hers after looking at her in the mirror. She said that she someone else standing there.
It's weird, I believe in ghosts and the paranormal to a certain extent, but can't validate any of that until I actually see one which I don't really want to. I have friends that have had strange occurances, and I guess to a certain extent I might have had one, but I always have believed that it's just my mind playing tricks on me more than anything or just really strange coincidences. Although, I do wonder all that mystery that has always revolved around the Oujia Boards, where certain bad things may happen if you play it and all. Dunno, never tried one and don't plan to either.
years ago me and my sister were playing in the back yard on a trampoline, and i saw a black figure pop out of nowhere and walk into the woods. I didnt know what it was at the time so i just brushed it off. I dont know what it could of been, noone had ever lived in our house before, we bought it before it was built.
