Maybe you should ask somewhere that cares.

You expect us to know what stuff you'd prefer? Whether you'd take a bigger screen over longer battery life? ---- like that?

Man this is a ------ing dumb question... again.

Well sry I am a noob - so I want an expert's point of view since the only mp3 player I ever possessed is a Sandisk 1 GB

I know the Zen Vision one does have a shorter battery but under the discription is says that you can remove it and replace with another... and I'm assuming you can't with Vision M - so that kinda evens out

Now I don't even know how you charge the battery - guessing in the outlet

But maybe you can tell me something relevant like which one is an older model, which has a longer half life, better music quality, screen contrast, maybe a clear advantage one has over the other that's not mentioned etc

And yeah it's a dumb question - but if I didn't ask this question then the only thing I'd be reading (and learning) is what the company wants me to know... just wanna know what people with more experience think about them

My sister has a Zen, and hasn't had any problems with it, its pretty nice; comparable to the iPod video. The screen is quite bright and its very nice, I think the background is customizable.

I had a Creative NOMAD for about 2 1/2 years and it was great, it could take a beating. The only reason I didn't go with another Creative MP3 player, is that They didn't come bigger than 30 GB, so I got the iPod video 80 GB, which hasn't had a problem yet.

    Dang... why so harsh?

Tsunade, I'd say go with the Vision: M instead of the other one. The other just looks like a glorified picture viewer which would suck down a ton of battery. Unless you'd use it to view a lot of pictures ... ?

To be honest I suggest that you read the things underneath them that Creative has written about them, compare them, write them down in a notepad or somewhere and then check off the things you will use and best suit you, then go from there.

I say don't take our advice, take your own on this one.

The website lists the legitimate specifications. If you wanted a review, google "Zen Vision+review" or whatever and you'd get a million reviews. What the ------ do you expect us to know? You think we memorize the specifications of every ------ing MP3 player on the market. All the necessary information is on their website.

Go with the Vision M. I have one and it's really really nice. Supports more versions than the iPod and has good quality too. It's not too big and not too small. The only thing that you would need to get accustomed to are the menu layout and the different uploading program but I got used to it within a day so it shouldn't be too bad. I would still use mine but the harddrive died and I'm too lazy to replace it.

it took me days to figure out which one to get between ipod video and zen vision:M and glad i took the vision:M so i can show all the ipod fanatics that i bought this instead of the whored ipod lol :D

its quality .. besides its a little chunkyish compared to the ipod it does everything - high quality screen , supports more formats & the sound quality along with decent headphones (the ones you get is ok) is awesome - this is compared with the ipod video :P

i dont know anything about the zen vision but for me the vision:M was a good buy :)

agreeed i was thinking you inverse woke up on the wrong side of the bed blowing your head off like that - anyone who buys something that is owned by someone else is a trendwhore

who cares?? i got money to burn so i can buy anything instead of asking my parents "ooo can i have this plz?? , whine , cry and then emo" generalisation for someone who is young and wants something

stop your flaming & hijacking the thread .. friendly advice
