    nice for a small tag, i think ur lighting is kinda off, it looks like part of his face is in shadows but the light u added is directly in front of him ;) effect on the left is nice, i think also that all your text should be in one area, as opposed to taking up the right side and bottom left corner for it ^^ good first posted tag, my first post wasnt that nice ;)

    yea, the light u have in that position is to overwhelming for the text on the rite, but if thats how u want it keep it. overall cool!
