    I love the smudging in the focal point, absolutely love it. Not feeling the clipping masks though. Did you do this as b/w? Because it might look good in color as well.

    On the side, I know exactly what song you're talking about. Love feeling like I can relate to the tags you make based on the music behind it. Checked out Dead Poetic, love a lot of their stuff.

    Yay!! DP is awesome, personally my favorite band.

    Back to the topic...
    Its actually not clipping mask but part of the original background i used. I have a color version, might post it later.

    Yup no clipping masks, and only 2 layers of smudging. Most of it is done using the liquify or glass filter. Plus my own secret filter, that i don't think anyone else uses.

    Nice smudging/filtering. Came out as a nice abstract :)
