It looks wierd, like you didn't do anything to it except paste a head into a brown background :S. Nice try though but I can't say I like it much.
The only vector I can see is the hair. But it doesn't look much like a vector. Looks like you just smudged here and smudged there. In fact, the hair looks like a smudged stock imho. I like the text though.
