It would have been much better with the focal not on the way left. Too much brushing makes it chaotic. Text is not that great as well. It'll be better if you just remove it entirely.
Agreed, the splatters are a little too much. The colors are kind of bland as well. -_- Also, the circle-ish part on the right contradicts the flow of the rest of the tag and seems a little bit random. I don't mean to bring you down, I'm just being honest with you so you can get better. Aside from that, some of the effects look nice, but are misplaced. One more thing, that wierd tech brush thing in the top right (kinda borderish) looks really out of place for the tag. All that to say, it's not horrible or anything, but you could work on a few things. Keep workin' and getting CnC, you're definitely on the right track.
