    Its a nice background, but it needs more to it.

    Agreed,
    Now you're set.
    Throw some cool effect in there, and maybe
    add a small light source to that area that's brighter
    above his head. :D

    Nice BG now just spruce it up with some totally sweet
    effect c4ds! :D

    it looks like it has alot of potential if you finish it, the background is set and now you just gotta add in some effects and foreground toa dd in depth and everything and then a light source. look at hoplite's suggestion, it makes sense :-)
