I don't feel like playing the spot-the-difference game. I was never good at those. I mean to say, kindly point them out and I'll give you my opinion.
I like v2's smudging more. It's more dynamic. On the side, try to smudge in some darker stuff so you can see the smudging and it isn't all the same.
