its a bit bland, i dont care for the upside down venom its distracting :/ i think it needs more depthand blending, i woul suggest some tutorials, look for somehting that you think looks nice and try some bits and pieces of it in your sig (no need to copy the whole thing) good start but i thik you can do more ^^
There's not much going on in either of the versions. Venom could've been blended better, there could be more depth, and I don't like the upside-down Venom in the second version. You should read some tuts to improve your techniques.
