Looks great, I like how you combined the use of the cloud so it looked like Altair was hiding behind it. Fits very well. Great sig.

 

It looks very nice. Altair is blended in pretty well, and there are some nice effects.

Try to smudge the straight edges of the splatter or w/e on the right so it looks softer and not so forced.

The dots on the top left were sorta random

im not sure about the left hand side, but its still pretty nice

 

kill the splatter in top left and the 1 px dots and you got a wicked tag imho.

some dodge/burn may help strengthen the focal as well.
