v1 v2 v3 - remembered that i did an orange gradient and some blend effect on the first one... v4 - used Inverse's guide, looks much better C and C please... hopefully this is better than my previous Haze sig
few suggestions, but first : i like the colors and i do think its a bit better than some of your previous stuff in some ways but not all so here: first, i think you need to fill in a bit more, the bg is kinda simple, which helps bring out the colors but there arent enough effects to compensate for it. you could splatter a bit more, add a c4d, add some contrasting lights etc. second, i'd ake sure the top half of the render is clear, this is always something worth watching, to avoid losign your focus (its not noticeable this tie but as you keep going just keep it in mind ^^) and last, think the style of text doesnt really apply, if your gonna go for a stylish text ake it soething that pertains to the focus/style i dont know any good font sites as i'm still pretty terrible at this part of sig making but i do know its important maybe you'll get it before me ^^ keep up the good work hope this helps
thanks a lot man i was wondering, what fonts have you used previously? i want a nice fancy font, but I can never find anything good. thanks again
It's a lot better than your current sig. Colours are a little monotone, but still pretty good. Blending is good. my main beef is the text. wrong style, and poor placement. try a few tutorials.
I suggest using the default fonts, but only the good looking ones. Maybe add a gradient map or a color balance and change your shadows and midtones to get more color variety so it's less monotone. v2 is the best
alright, so what gradient map should I use?, I really don't understand what you mean by monotone colors..lol. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(DarthSomething)</div> thanks btw..do you have an account on PSPISO?
Text isn't about the font. It's about placement, and blending. Try this http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=354576 It should give you a better idea of what to look for in your text. Try experimenting with default windows fonts like Arial and Times New Roman in full caps.
ahh..see that was a great guide thanks a lot, and I will be sure to fix it in photoshop. thanks again. edit: since most people said they liked v2, I took that one and added better text using the guide from Inverse i think it looks a lot better now.
