    but i dont think anymore new ones would appear so soon since everyone is turning round and round over older styles.

    No matter what trend comes along next there will always be the people who whore it and think they are pros. They will be there to stick their noses up at you and smirk when you ask to see some of their large art.

    I've been seeing lots of clipping masks lately and smudging. Maybe grunge will make a comeback one day...

    Oh god, dude pixel stretches are usually so ugly! That's a good tag lol. Yeah really I think there are a lot of different styles but distortion is what I've been seeing a lot of.

    textures and landscapes(terragen) are getting more and more but i don't think a lot of people are evn out of the smudge trend yet.

    I'm quite fond of the liquify tool right now :)

    I think the next generation sig is going to be made all from scratch. No renders, no stocks. All artist :)

    That's the way to do it, but i doubt thats what the next trend will be.
