X-box Live Problem

    I entered two codes for 2 days each and they haven't worked almost 2 hours after being entered. I checked it, and it mentioned something about payment not appliciable.

    Please help before I throw the damn thing into the wall.

    Ok, did you go to Redeem Code and then enter it.
    After, it should say something like "48 Hours Trial".
    Then Ok or something.

    It should then work.

    Another thing, when I've used those the account was still silver.

    Do you get any messages?

    <span style="font-family:Comic Sans MS">Well if the account is gold then there isn't really any since in putting in a code anyway lol. Make sure the codes weren't used before.</span>

    It's silver. I go to redeem code and nothing happens. Then I go to my subscriptions and it says its not applicable.

    friend of mine had the same issue if he gets on ill ask him about it

    Did you get an error code?

    I got one trying to ender a month of xboxlive (the 7.99 one) and it wouldn't let me.

    I had to make a new account T_T.
    You can always call them up and ask them.

    I called microsoft with this same problem.
    They said 48hr codes only work on weekends. saturday and sunday

    I had that problem once when I originally bought my live account on a CC and then wanted to extend it with a pre-paid card 'cause the CC was canceled.

    A call to Tech Support and they fixed the problem.
