just looks way to mono toned and washed out try adding some colors, and this is onoy advice that I have heard on my own ork when I ve used colors similar tyo yours.

As others have said, it is a little too monotone. You should also add a little depth by blurring the background or adding a high pass on Soft Light and erasing everywhere except your focus.
I'm really disliking the colors but the effects look pretty good. The text also seems a bit out of place, if you know what I mean. You should also try blending Pikachu more as it's just standing out too much. There's not that many wow factors (depth +flow + lighting) but it's alright for a basic sig so nice job.
umm i thin you could'ce blended pikachu in more, and maybe some overlaying effects but that's just me.
its okay but i dont like the overall colour of the sig and the effects are a big bright on the sides.
