i like the looks of things on this one ^^

dont be afraid (not saying u r :P) to have lighting come over the render, the reflections appear to be coming from the front of this render and i think so a light up top and over his face ( a liittttllleeeee bit) would look good :)

I like it man. Although it is hard for me to read the text, it[sig] still maintains constant flow.

I haven't saw any of your other work so I can't comment if it's your best, but it sure looks good!

If u dont mind here are a few tips for the future that may help you:

Lighting - Use soft round brushs with an opacity and flow setting around 30%. Brush with white for light, and black to create shadows. 200px size is best for the big work. Also dont be afraid to brush with other colours to bring out the lighting to match ur render and effects. Also playing with multiple layers of brushing + blending modes will help a heap.
Also for flow, depth, and lgihting, start experimenting with gradient overlays. Layer > new adjustment layer > gradient map

Blending - Smudge tool is an amazingly useful tool.

Effects - Dont be afraid to play with ur effects, change their blending modes, filter them, smudge em etc...

The text ruins it for me, tbh. Rest looks decent.
