Is there any programs that can scan all your hardware or computer to see why some errors are happening? Like my computer crashes to a blue screen sometime and I cannot figure out why.

Some , of the must common BSODs have been caused by using routers from NetGear and SP2 . Just a small hint, cuz i have both, lol.

Does it flash while system is booting up, or while computer has been on for a while?

You can disable automatic restarts in your BIOS.

Disable automatic restarts on system failures.

    1) Right click my computer and click on properties.

    2) Click the advanced tab

    3) Click the settings button in startup and recovery

    4) Uncheck the Automatically restart box under system failure.
