Platinum Issue

I purchased a Platinum Membership a few minutes ago and paid with PayPal. I just checked and it says I've paid in the Paid Subscriptions area and I received a confirmation E-Mail, although I'm still in the Diamond Membership group. How long will it take for me to be upgraded.

 

has to be done manually its not automatic like a ruby membership

he will get to it as soon as possible. but its usually within a couple of days. just have to be patient.
