i think theres an effect on the car that should be toned down a little bit, if it was as sleek and crisp as it normally is emerging from all the bg it's look rly cool

Yeah take of the spatter or jitter or whatever it is on the car. If you did that, it'd be tight.

There is still some on the bottom of the windshield that should be touched up. It is much better though.

Although, some parts don't ;p

You should blur some parts to add more of a focal. You can also sharpen to give it a better look plus focal. Also, I would suggest darkening the sides with a brush a bit t give it a focal. One last thing, you should try using a 200-300 px soft brush for lighting.
